Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
For in-store purchases you must have a receipt within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an online return, you can contact us at pcccustomerhelp@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address on your package.
If your online return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please pay attention to pre-orders - these items will not ship immediately and will not be refunded due to misread information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue - Shipping is provided by either USPS or UPS and once they have possession of the item it is no longer in our control and we are not responsible for how they handle (or mishandle) packages. However if you receive an item that is broken, or carriers lose your package - please let us know because we will file a claim with the shipping service to hopefully hold them accountable!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales on these are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding your return item, and letting us know the size/item you want replaced with and once the return is accepted we will issue the new item. This does have to be within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
WE DO NOT REFUND, but we do offer store credit in certain instanceds. Due to the nature of small businesses that is the only way we can operate successfully at this time. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is in acceptable conditions, i.e., approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted with your store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pcccustomerhelp@gmail.com.
Chargebacks
If you issue a chargeback through your bank without first contacting pcccustomerhelp@gmail.com to try to work through an issue we will fight it. It costs us $25 per chargeback and is unneccessary as we always work with our customers to find the best solution to an issue. If you issue a fraudulent chargeback you will be removed and blocked from the group and no longer a customer of ours.
