Shipping policy

Please pay attention to pre-orders - these items will not ship immediately and will not be refunded due to misread information. Shipping is provided by either USPS or UPS and once they have possession of the item it is no longer in our control and we are not responsible for how they handle (or mishandle) packages. However if you receive an item that is broken, or carriers lose your package - please let us know because we will file a claim with the shipping service to hopefully hold them accountable!
